While working with Nazia , projects were executed without much ado. Mailers, in house videos , websites, intranet sites were completed on time. I found her competent, diligent and creative . She had in her the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. I am sure Nazia would be an asset to any organization that she works with. I wish her the best in all her endeavours.

Nazia in her leadership role, apart from her design skills, demonstrates a sense of ownership and accountability which is motivating for those around her.
Shows a real interest in her co-workers which results in developing good relationships. These skills are displayed in mock-up reviews, team meetings and one-on-ones. The initial wireframes and documentation of the project helps people from all forte to get an insight.
